A good download manager program would track the
D/L and re-request the missing parts as it went along...
It might help if you explained exactly how you
downloaded it and/or what method you used...

Well, the install problem turns out to be "wong file size". It's been
downloaded three times and none were complete.....for whatever
reason....probably satellite outage.
