Yep, Sorry to have scared anybody But many of my client users tend to buy their own systems from wherever is offering the cheapest system - Then they will probably look for the cheapest version with Access or Publisher, depending on the type of office work they have to do so many will get either the Small Business or the Professional version - then complain when they can't get Outlook working.

Logon password - What's that ISP/e-mail logon name and password - the system does that Check the backup disks actually contain the data files - Why should I do that?
