There are a number of tools around that all do similar things !  I'm not 
sure quite what "Partition Logic" is trying to achieve !  Re-inventing 
parts of the wheel certainly !  If they can succeed in getting all the 
other bits together in a single concise and usable application, then 
more power to them.
