My last customer was in awe when I dragged a file on the deskrop to the
recycle bin. As for email apps highlighting & quoting selective text,
even Eudora is/was at fault there, I had to use a powepro script to make
that work. But yes, my average customer thinks that everything that is
ON the PC, installed, must be the right thing to use, I've gotten too
fed up to teach them otherwise (& it keeps em coming back for cleanups etc)
