I think it was Pranav's suggetion that you should use the same user/password on all machines. That will work, but you don't need to go to that extreme.

You need to add the user/passwords for the XP Home machines (and they need to have a password) to the user list for the Pro machine. Set the permissions accordingly to allow the access you want them to have. Using a group will help with setting up the permissions.

On Pro to startup the User and Group dialog go to Start/Run, type in lusrmgr.msc and click Ok.
