Our website is messed up. There are multiple versions of
Kernel-Win4Lin2-2217.patch. The one you want is at
ftp://ftp.netraverse.com/pub/win4lin/Win4Lin2.0-eval/LINUX/PATCH/Kernel-Win4Lin2-2217.patch
