I have to agree with you. I also bought V1.0 in mid-October,
when it included a free upgrade to V2.0. Had I known the
situation was actually:
1- But V1.0 now, get V2.0 free in a month or two! (But V2.0
will be obsolete in 6 months when V3.0 comes out and then you'll
have to pay up again).
or
2- Wait a few months and buy V2.0. It will be obsolete a few
months later, but we'll then give you V3.0 for free. That should
give you a usable products for about 18 months.
Well, I would have opted for option #2. I hope Netraverse's
marketing people see that too. Six months is too short a time to
have a usable product.
