I used to run a second Xserver with gdm by running the following command in
a bootup script:
# X :1 -query localhost >/dev/null 2>&1 &
Adding win4lin into the gdm Session menu:
++++ad the following single line to /etc/X11/gdm/Sessions/win4lin+++
win
+++them run 'chmod a+x /etc/X11/gdm/Sessions/win4lin'+++
All this will open up a second Xserver with gdm and have win4lin accessable
in the gdm Session menu.
