I decided to give the update Mandrake 8.0 kernel a go. So I removed win4lin
via the installer with the "return to orginal state" option.
The new mdk8.0 doesn't appear to support rieser fs?
Now it looks like I'm back too trying to patch my kernel again. *sigh*
I've tried doing this by following the directions in the users guide to the
letter and it has failed.
Mike, if you could find it in your heart and your busy schedule, could you
post a "step by step for complete idiots" procedure for patching my Mandrake
2.4.3-20 kernel? (I'm starting with a fresh rpm install of kernel-source)
