[Win4Lin-users] RH7.0 -> RH7.1 = huge Win4Lin slowdown

Things that happen in the blink of an eye
when I am running Win98/Win4Lin on RedHat 7.0
take like 10 times as long on RedHat 7.1

For example, it takes Outlook Express
a good 30 seconds to get started on RedHat 7.1
as compared to about 3 seconds on RedHat 7.0.

Anyone else seeing this?
