This is quite interesting actually because after trying these hot keys, NVDA 
isn't giving me any info regarding a change in style selection.  The bold, 
italic and underline would probably be verbalised though.  But pressing 
Alt+Control+1, for example, didn't apply the heading at the first level to my 
block of selected text.  Again though, this could be user error so I'll go and 
give it another try.
