Hum.  Looks like Grim Fandango is crashing in the callback from
dlls/ddraw/main.c:~76

It's going into the callback, doing a bunch of ddraw calls
(everything in the trace after trace:ddraw:DirectDrawEnumerateExA)
and then crashing (apparently in the app itself?) without getting
to return to DirectDrawEnumerateExA().  That explains the
backtrace I sent to Gavriel, but I don't know if it helps.

Don't think that Resident Evil 2 is the same story (unless the
stack has been trashed, which it looks like it might have been;
I can provide traces and stuff anyway for that too if you like).
