[Winona Online Democracy] Apparently My idea was misread or taken in a different way, We have a large Ethnic Base in the city i.e.. Polish German, Norwegian, Afro, and now SE Asian culture. We could follow along the lines of Milwaukee where they have Ethnic weeks or weekends Food, Culture, Arts Etc. This is more like what I had said, Though I don't see anything wrong with the way the thread is going I think that the idea of something being done on the Riverfront would be very nice.
