The Daily News the other day reported that 861's teachers would receive 
x amount of compensation elevations and x that and this.

Omitted from this article was the actual increase in compensation due 
to inflation of the cost of basic benefits such as insurance. After 
including this, what is the real change in pay for the average 861 
teacher?
