[Winona Online Democracy] I do hope that the Mankato Avenue/Second Street option would be seriously considered for that short summer '06 detour...the whole route is already a truck route.
Dick's point about 44th Avenue is an excellent one. Winona/Goodview consolidation is so obviously needed, yet so obviously far from hand. Have you all read all the docs produced by the last consolidation effort in the 90's?
