44th way to busy????? Um?

If 44th is busy than can we do something about:
Mankato Ave?
Main?
Gilmore?
Sioux?
The 10 stops signs in a row on 7th, 8 unneeded? (Yield sign!!)
The massive amount of stops signs on streets that give DEAD END streets the right of way.
...

I use streets on a regular basis and have never thought of 44th as busy. For the purposes of discussion, define "busy" because, obviously my threshold is way higher than yours and I am having a massive difficulty in understanding your position.

55987 only has about 10 busy streets in my book... I suppose you could make a case for 5ish others but 44th does not rank anywhere near "busy." (In other-words, help me understand...)

That street has many houses on it, a major playground, and baseball park.
I used to live on that street. It's already too busy, that's one of the
main reasons we moved off of it.
