[Winona] Steve Schild bounced from list -- why?

It has just come to my attention that Steve Schild has been suspended from Winona Online Democracy by moderator Kathy Seifert. From my records, Steve’s last posting to the list was May 12 – referring members to research he conducted and the paper he had written analyzing participation in Winona Online Democracy. The only prima facie explanation for Schild’s suspension is that the list moderator/steering committee took umbrage at the results of Shild’s research and have determined to put an end to the propagation of such heresy. If true, this would be an utter violation of the spirit and intent of this list. I expect a full and public explanation.   Jerome Christenson
