I have been exploring some of E-democracy's materials on civility--guidelines for member's exist which include a "bill of rights" and some tips or guidelines for online communication.
 
As I try to put these together into a coherent group for our members (BTW Steve Clift, if you're reading this, I'd appreciate any links to help me find some of those things--shame on me for not bookmarking!), maybe folks can share ideas and concerns in light of the recent civility issues we've been experiencing.
