Here is a link to a draft of participant rights and
responsibilities for e-democracy forums:
I think it may be helpful to further define norms for our

I have been exploring some of E-democracy's
materials on civility--guidelines for member's exist which include a "bill of
rights" and some tips or guidelines for online communication.
As I try to put these together into a coherent
group for our members (BTW Steve Clift, if you're reading this, I'd appreciate
any links to help me find some of those things--shame on me for not
bookmarking!), maybe folks can share ideas and concerns in light of the recent
civility issues we've been experiencing.
