I'm under the impression that Ms. Fort is actually a rural person whose 
household is engaged in agriculture, at least part time. If I'm correct, 
then her opinion about reduced county voting locations is reasonable, as 
opposed to exurban city folk when, and if, they complain about lack of 
convenient city services.

If the Wilson housing developments proceed as planned, might those 
residents be joining Ms. Turek in making ten daily car trips? That seems 
like it would be above the norm. But a couple with jobs in town and 
maybe two teenage drivers, that number could easily be exceeded. If so, 
road improvement costs will dwarf any water and sewer expenses.
