John--
I agree completely! Our committee has been working on improving
Winona's bike trails, with the ultimate goal of connecting all parts of
town, parks, schools, etc. The path from the Maritime Museum to Levee
Park is a current priority.
Our next meeting is Tuesday, August 23rd at city hall at 6 pm. You are
welcome to attend.
Thanks,
Tom Stoa
