[Winona Online Democracy] This one seems like a no brainer to me, but here goes.
WE NEED A BIKE PATH TO THE MIDDLE SCHOOL! I hate to shout...but I have been complaining about the lack of a trail (under 61) to the Middle School. We had one boy almost killed on the highway...it is a miracle we haven't had more casualties. Every time I have asked the mayor about this for the last four years he tells me "next year." My apologies to Jerry...but it is true. This should be our top biking priority.
