[Winona Online Democracy] Yes! We clearly need a trail or at least a stop light across from the Kwik Trip, between 61 and the lights at the bottom of 43. That stretch is nearly impassable, even by car, at several times during the day. There is no sidewalk on the Bluff side of those roads either. I find that it's easier to exit the Kwik trip toward La Crosse and then come back past the Middle school thn it is to come out of that parking lot and turn to the left across, traffic. If it's difficult by car, it must be impossible on foot.
