I surely would like to believe that gas companies aren't profiting off of the misery that Katrina caused. But, I can't forget how gas prices jumped in Winona on 9/11 and at no time was the supply of oil threatened. That was nothing but pure greed. I'll need more evidence to believe that isn't what is happening here.
