Perhaps you need to read more slowly. After I pointed out that the economy has actually been quite bad since 2000 I agreed that the Tax Cuts might have been part of the reason. "9 of those quarters were the worst of the post war era? Heck yea! of course they were, they were directly after 9-11." So who's arguing Divine Intervention now? And BTW, Four of those Nine occurred before 9-11. "you can try to spin my head with statistics you pull off of govt websites all day" Those who remember the original point of my first post will have to agree that this statement is Game, Set and Match in my favor. Quoting myself, "The alleged benefits of tax cuts are an article of faith on the right. No study or research or data will ever move the debate in one direction or the other."
