I will address this real quickly one more time.
cause and effect. 4% ( or lower in the cae of Winona County) unemployment
rate. US Treasury tax coffers growing...people working again..companies
hiring...economy growing...and this is a downturn form 2000????
Now you are saying again that the tax cuts didnt work? If you say so I
guess...
Somebody is grasping at straws here...straws that simply dont exist.

Perhaps you need to read more slowly.
After I pointed out that the economy has actually been quite bad since 2000 I
agreed that the Tax Cuts might have been part of the reason.

And BTW, Four of those Nine occurred before 9-11.
