Ken,
in Winrad the same sound card is used for both input and output only when
using the ASIO drivers. That is mandated
by the very nature of the ASIO protocol
If instead you use the WMME drivers, you can freely use two different cards for
input and for output. You can also
choose whether the output sampling rate is chosen by Winrad or is set equal to
the input sampling rate.
