Thanks for the reply. I guess I did not realize that you are using the USB 
version.
But the answer to my question is that you are using the EMU for the IQ input 
**and** the audio output.

I would like to use my EMU (PCI card) for the IQ input and use the AC97 
motherboard sound card for audio output (Like Linrad).

This seems to be not possible with Winrad, unless I am missing something. It 
wants to FORCE the output to be the same sample rate as the input as the 
output.

This true even when I run ASIO4ALL. In any case, I get no indication of any 
signal when running ASIO4ALL
