Yes, I am

I operate in the VHF/UHF contests as a rover and my IF radio is a Kenwood
TS-690S. The biggest problem I had was where/how to access the 8.83 MHz IF.
I finally came up with a simple solution: I connected a small piece of coax
to the 2.4 KHz Filter. The downside of this approach is that I have to
select that filter in order to use my Softrock SDR and Winrad. I also
inserted a small preamplifier (KK7B design from Kanga US) before my Softrock
V6.2 because I needed some more gain. I put a couple of pictures on the
Softrock Radio website in the files section under KJ1K.

Good luck,

BTW, I have not actually used Winrad in a contest although I have many hours
of use checking it out. Hope to try it out this weekend in the January VHF
contest.
