You may also want to talk to Apexworld.net. I could only get IDSL in San Jose, but somehow they got me 384/128k DSL. Well sometimes, depends what the modem connects at. But its mostly 384/128, 224/128 or 160/128k. But I just keep power cycling and usually after the 3rd time I'm golden at 384/128. Its $50 a month, so not bad as far as DSL goes.
