It's not hard at all. You can download majordomo, mailman, or ezmlm and get going in a hurry. What IS hard is getting people to sign up for your list. Especially if you live in the hinterlands. My town is ripe for wireless, but we have about 5,000 people in the city. I don't think a wireless list like BAWUG's would be of much help to me if it were hosted in my area. Or that it would see enough traffic to justify hosting the list on a hand-me-down junk- box-special 386SX16. Still, as an out of area visitor here, I try to keep my questions general, not focused on the area where I live. Partly it's manners, partly it's an understanding that there's not anyone else from my home town (Gunnison, CO) in the list in any case.
