In their case then, re-distribution (remember, RF is difficult if not
impossible to contain) may be proven. Damages have yet to be proven but you
have breached their contract.

***********
I have not breeched any contract since the contract says nothing about my
Wireless use to distribute the internet on my premises.

Any browsing peeking listening accessing my network without authorization is
Hacking. Even if you don 't take any data or delete or alter you have
invaded my privacy. The loss of privacy is a Tort from my point of view
since it is reasonable for me to feel anxious and fear what you might do
with my data. That is actionable.

I am not responsible for the acts of hackers. Including acts which would
breech my contract if I had not been the victim of a hacker.

There is not much stopping a Hacker from backing his car up to one of those
green telephone terminal cans one sees along the streets and opening the box
and tapping into DSL. You could not blame the person whose line had been
tapped for the redistribution to the tapper.
