I read somewhere that Time Warner is thinking of starting to charge per amount of bandwidth used since something like 5% or all their users use 70% of the capacity. I don't remember what the exact numbers where but they where high enough for Time Warner.
I'm getting sick of this Cooperate bull. I wonder how clean AOL Time Warner is anyways. Who does their accounting? Anderson Consulting? -Stefan -- general wireless list, a bawug thing <http://www.bawug.org/> [un]subscribe: http://lists.bawug.org/mailman/listinfo/wireless
