I read somewhere that Time Warner is thinking of starting to charge per
amount of bandwidth used since something like 5% or all their users use 70%
of the capacity. I don't remember what the exact numbers where but they
where high enough for Time Warner.

I'm getting sick of this Cooperate bull. I wonder how clean AOL Time Warner
is anyways. Who does their accounting? Anderson Consulting?
