Oh please. You're in the SF Bay area and you choose to use SBC as
your ISP? You deserve what you get! These are the people who sell your
telephone calling history, you think their 'net service will be any
better? Take your business to any of the local ISPs that will treat you
nicely, not spy on you, and won't even make you use PPPoE.
