RawBandwidth.com and Speakeasy.net are both *much* better, if you can get them in your area. I've used RawBandwidth.com for the last 18 months and only had an outage when the DSL bridge power supply melted - which RawBandwidth.com replaced at no cost in less than 36 hours total packet to packet time.
