I wish these phone companies would learn how to manage the equipment they have 
already. If I had a dime for every time I had a problem with a LEC not being 
able to configure or install a T1 or DS-3 right I'd be able to give the world 
802.11 access for free, of course I wouldn't be able to connect it to the 
internet because the fscking LEC would screw it up!

SBC WILL charge for this - trust me, no LEC would give away a damn thing.
