I never had to deal with that - I'm in lower north Michigan, and have some 
services in the upper peninsula too. Worked with more than a handful of 
ISP's, turned up probably 50 t1's and a DS-3 in my time and I've seen SBC 
have 2 of all those T1's work the first time. Actually had 9 T1's down for 
about 4 months at one point, funny thing was that was the time they chose to 
actually bill us correctly, only they billed us correctly for lines we 
couldn't use. Total CF.
