The connector on the minipci cards is a surface mount u.fl connector... you can probably find them from a large distributor of hirose electronics rf connectors. you won't be able to crimp something that small unless you're a jeweler or own a robotic assembly line. these connectors will not survive repeated connection/disconnection cycles or significant strain so they're only appropriate for internal connections. or connectioning to a larger bulkhead jack.
