The time is not filling out the form, its compiling the data to put into it

It's due tomorrow and all WISPs should be filing it. It'll only take 10
minutes to fill out but the info is vital for the FCC to know that the
WISP
industry is alive and growing. WISPs can't expect the FCC to create
useful
rules if they don't know how many WISPs there actually are.
