You are correct! Very confusing because most of the text under this title is referring to wireless service and not broadband service. I do not understand why this is going under the NTIA umbrella rather than RUS. Any ideas on that?
BTW - Glad about the 3/1 on wireless, since a lot of proprietary radios, i.e. Trangos will only do that.
