We don't charge to set it up, if the purchase it to install with the wireless installation. We charge $10.00 to setup one they at install or if they bring it to us. Otherwise, standard $60.00/hr on-site fees apply. As someone else said, documentation is critical. We keep a copy of the security key and password at the office because we get several calls a month, "I just bought a laptop and it wants to know the security key."
