Guys...
Don't do anything for free.
Bill them for it, and discount that price from the bill, but
don't say free or no charge.
Customers will never appreciate "Free" unless they are
made aware that thing they got for "Free" had a value.

1 Discount per Tom -49.95
Total 0
Now, they feel like you really took care of them, and
that FREE has a real value.
