$75 for all truck rolls where it is not our fault. Rule of thumb, we get there, plug in our laptop, test. If it works, $75 charge. If it doesn't, service call is free.
Also, in aerial Cat5 runs that are more than a few feet the cable will stretch and eventually the cable will fail.
