Not available yet for 3.65 MHz, and will be limited to 5 MHz channel instead of 7 MHz channel. I don't know US regulations for 5.4-5.7 GHz, but even with limited power there are lots of spectrum in many markets that will probably do as fine as 3.65 MHz in this band, opposed to 5.7-5.8 GHz which is crowded in any part of the world.
