Marlon, I assume you are asking that question of me. While I can't speak for my State representatives, they have been very engaged in the discussion and are asking some difficult questions of the State Admin / IT. It isn't yet clear what if anything can be done about this now, but it appears the ongoing funding for the project may be in jeopardy.
Lots of heated discussions seem to be occurring at the State Capitol over this issue.
