What is the Firmware you are running on the PowerBridges ? and what are the signal levels... on Chain 0 / Chain 1
..Also Make sure the MTU / L2MTU on the Mikrotik are 1500/1524 Try to auto negotiation on the ports on both the Mikrotik & PBM5 also, ssh into the PBM5 & use /bin/ifconfig command to see if there are any errors on the Ethernet Port and duplex mismatch ?
