Same here.

If they want it moved because it was on their barn and want it
elsewhere, that's a charge.

If it's simple tree growth, no charge.  If our mounting falls off
because of the wrong screw, no charge.

Basically if it is our fault or poor foresight no charge but if they
want something special we charge.
