We don't charge only because we are in a competitive environment and sell to business that have contracts; thus we can charge more on the MTM rates. If you're the only game in town I see no reason why not to charge (might as well take advantage of being a monopoly), but if they could leave to go somewhere else then it really comes down to what your ROI is and if you can afford to lose a customer.
