Yes, they do.  For most of them, it makes a big hole in the budget.

Because most of the ones I've talked to did not expect the high bill.  No one told them the difference between 'unlimited connect' / 'unlimited roaming' and 'xGByte's data transfer per month' 

att, in this area, is very deceptive about this.
