Just to update and close this thread, I have, as of 10/26/10, received a check from Pasedena Networks (wlanparts.com) for the full amount of what the dispute was. Frank handled this very promptly and I want to make sure everyone sees it was taken care of.
So I would like to apologize on this list for any harsh previous statements as I look back at the emails they did seem a little harsh and I hope that it has not hurt his business in any way. Anyways it doesn't matter as it appears the issue is being handled now and I am looking forward to posting on the list that it has been fully resolve as it appears Frank is now handling the issue himself.
