Everybody sees all outages, not just the ones that impacts them. Can
make your network appear less reliable that it really is.

Does anyone use or know of an application or service for sending
bulk text messages. We would like a one time pay vs. pay per
message. What we would like to accomplish is create a group
message for network status alerts that go out via text message to
customers that wish to receive such.
